Hi dear, maida is available in many things including noodles, after 18m you can offer such edibles mostly home cooked,
Like these momos were homemade, with aata 60% 20% maida 20% curd Salt and a little bit oil.
So it is all up to you whether you want to offer or not.
2 year toddler is eligible to eat everything, something in moderation too. 🌸
