    You are lucky you have lost so much weight.. I guess you have good metabolism many people manage all the house hold chores and their kids but don’t loose weight so you are one of the lucky ones. Congratulations

      I ate almost everything, I am a vegetarian.
      My gyne strictly said, do not cut down your meal, and eat everything.
      Basically i avoided processed packed food only.
      Will share this in upcoming video.

      Abhi nahi kyu agar bahut jaruri na ho to 10 m tak weight kariye,
      Thoda bahut abdominal excercise krte rahiye, isse aapko age help milegi.🌸

    Main pregnancy se pehle thoda under weight thi.. (44kg) pregnancy me mera weight 60 ho gya tha and 15 months post partum (baby ke peeche bhav bhav k and breastfeeding ki wajah se ) main ab 42 kg pe aa gyi hu
    I feel weak and extremely thin and under Confident. Pls help to gain weight

      Hi dear, it so normal, many moms face the problem, including me.
      I used to feel tired, dehydrated, demotivated, sleepy all the time and even Puri body ki skin hi ajeeb si ho gayi thi, bimar jaisa feel ho tha.
      But as I've explained about this in one of my recent vlog, ki ye normal hai and after 2 years your body will start getting all the nourishment back itself.
      Thoda patience rakhiye, meanwhile start taking dryfruits, roasted makhana everyday, milk or dairy products 3 times in a day, eat full plate meal atleast once in day, nahi bna pate to cook rakhiye , ya fir koi achcha restaurant dekhiye jaha thali achchi milti ho.
      Paneer , curd and soya se bani dishes khana start kariye, zyada kuchh nhi to ek Bowl sprouts hi bna lijiye, usse kafi der agar ap kha nhi pate to apko weakness nahi aayegi.
      Pani pite rahiye, apni ek seperate bottle rakhiye pine k liye (without making any excuse)
      And ya for 1 month multivitamin suppliments jarur lijiye, dr k advice k sath.
      You'll feel definitely better, that's what I did. 🌸

      @@HappyMommyVlogs jab conceive Kiya tab 52 or 53 kg weight tha, normally shadi k time Pe 50 kg tha but ab pata nahi kaise ek dum se body shape change ho gayi h, even meri duet bhi normal hai morning breakfast poha , daliya , lunch m one chapatti bohat sari sabji , evening m tea jarur leti hu uske baad dinner aisa kuch khass nahi leti bas milk leti or sath m ek laddo

      6-8 kg is normal, delivery k bad ekdm pehle jaisa weight nahi rhta 2-4 kb extra hi hota hai, body modify ho jati h na.
