They took great care of me. I was riding in the area for a few days on a multi state trip with a buddy last year and noticed a problem with my front tire I called and they said to bring it in and they would get me taken care of and back on the road awesome bunch.

Yea all of the dealers around here are not interested in customer service. The wanted me to wait a month for a first service on my bike.
I just did it myself and took my chances.
I don't know if my next bike will be a harley or not because of it.
I just wish Harley Davidson would upgrade their Syn-3 to a better grade oil, Worst performing oil... compared Motul , Mobil 1 , Torco , Amsoil to name a few.

We leave lots of messages which might be the case. Sometimes we let a response fall through the cracks but it’s rare. You can call us at the shop but make sure you talk to one of these three guys, Nick Zinola, Aaron Staudinger or Jamie Lima if you need an engine upgrade. 615-771-7775
