Be sure to check the time stamps if you just want to jump to the news! We have TWO huge indicators from Nintendo!
What i want to know is how hard would it be for a switch to 60fps on the new system?
Gotta say the difference between you and other channels is beautiful. I saw a video by Nintendo prime speaking on Nintendo news and immediately clicked not worrying about clickbait, and then you immediately get into the selfless excitement you have for this channel and how it allows you to be there for your kids. Keep going man, you’re gonna get even farther with that sort of genuinity
Same here, I click on every notification I get from this channel cause I know that I'm not getting baited
@@superbadass1085 exactly, also like how he clarified the speculations he was making and had reasonable grounds for them
Thanks! Indeed one of my driving forces of trying to make CZcams work all these years was the path it presented to be there for my kids. I have to be the provider of the family and I’ll do what I need to in order to do that, but I do ideally want to work hard yet still find that path to be the dad for them I think they deserve.
Of course I’m passionate about Nintendo and the news, or I wouldn’t choose this path. But this last year has been wonderful being there for my kids.
I don’t talk about that reasoning often because it’s not relevant to most and I want to keep things focused on the news and not my family, but I like to bring it up once in awhile because it also reminds myself how fortunate I am.
It’s nice seeing someone not concerned with clickbait and knowing my content is clear as well. What’s speculation and rumor and news… I really appreciate it. Shows me not everyone is out there making bad assumptions and looking to get mad. I see a lot of it daily.
@@NintyPrime I’m excited that botw will be getting a remaster on the Switch 2 but that also has me worried because I’m really wanting a new Mario kart game and not another release of Mario kart 8 deluxe. What are your thoughts on this?
4K resolution and we also cannot forget about these colored buttons.
Switch's biggest highlight for me is Xenoblade, no need to think.
More people should play this series.
Definitely a series I thought about getting into. It seems to overwhelming for me though.
Too story focused
Everyone should play Xenoblade!
I would love to play it but it looks terrible... A Switch 2 would allow me to try!
@ReveriePass it looks terrible? Maybe don't be so shallow and place everything on looks. Also, it doesn't look "terrible" even on switch. Miss me with that nonsense.
The colored buttons ARE REEEEEAAAAAAALLLL
My favorite Nintendo Switch game is Xenoblade Chronicles 3
It's so good! ❤
hoping for that X port
how is exploration in this game?
Me2
@@GabrielDFbhz Amazing
Tears of a kingdom, Odyssey
4K being in the switch TTYD code is also evidence that backwards compatibility will be a thing, and you won’t need to purchase the game again. Otherwise it wouldn’t be in the switch code and it would only be present in the switch 2 code no?
Yeah but I cant see how that would work , especially considering that the Switch 2 is going to be at least 4x times more powerful than the current Switch
Are they just going to do remakes and remasters of the same games?
@@cheerful_crop_circle you can simply enable the 4K setting if used on a newer console.
@@slendii366 Idk how that would work
@@cheerful_crop_circle updated firmware and game.
Metroid Dread… I waited for so long!
Whilst I’m not sure I share your opinions, I do think the Switch 2 will be launched by March next year, and I really really hope it has an OLED screen or option for one.
100% I hope it launches with 2 models so the OLED is ready at launch if it’s not standard
If not, I will unfortunately be forcing myself to wait lol.
Being a good dad Is one of the most important things in this world.
1.God
2.Family
3.Country
4.Nintendo
God and country are at the bottom of the list for me.
@@tl2532That's not something to proudly rebut with. If it's so it's so but why...
@@tl2532 For me...God,money, Nintendo, then prostitutes
Agreed!!
@@CynHicksI am proud that I respect no authority that hasn't shown itself worthy of that respect. God and country haven't met that. I'm happy for you that you're so proud of your beleifs that you'd find it unimaginable that anyone else coukd think differently and be proud of it, but we do exist.
I think the Switch 2 will be released at the end of the year (October or November). It has already been announced and it would have been a shot in the foot for Nintendo and the sale of the Switch 1 during the Christmas holidays otherwise. Even if the packaging is not ready, that leaves them 5 to 6 months just to do a series of printing and cutting, it's very playable ;)
My favorite Switch game is TOTK
That 4k support in Paper Mario TTYD is huge!
This is why I like this man 0:18
Favorite switch game? I purchased Pokemon Violet and Animal Crossing NH. I must say, I invested more time with ACNH (1600+ hours) than with Pokemon (70+ hours). Looks like I'm into games that have no ending, so I can justify the costs. If a game is 60 USD and I can finish it within 2 days, the experience might be enjoyable, but I rather buy the game when it's on sale or look for a preloved copy.
My Top 5 Switch releases:
1. Super Mario Odyssey
2. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
3. Metroid Dread
4. Unicorn Overlord
5. Pokémon Scarlet
My Top 3 Switch Ports:
1. Tokyo Mirage Sessions: #FE
2. Metroid Prime Remaster
3. Persona 4 Golden
I hope the next switch takes a GameCube controller approach in the sense that you can get one of multiple console and controller colors instead of just black with colored joycons
Congratulations on 135 thousand subscribers by the way! (I may be a little late on that)
Tears of the Kingdom, Breath of the Wild is no.2
Needs some very strong "This is NOT a Switch Pro" vibes.
Xenoblade 2&3+DLC, Zelda TOTK, Switch Sport
A few favorite Switch exclusive games (excludes ports/remasters), since I can't pick one:
Animal Crossing, BotW, Hyrule Warriors: AoC, Xenoblade Chronicles 2
Honorable mention (timed exclusives): Golf Story, Octopath Traveler
But Nate doesn't the 4K support basically confirm backwards compatibility? ...
Super smash bros ultimate. Is my favorite switch game in history.
Gloss black, bold red, minimalist front for the box.
Also how do people discover the 4k output code in TTYD?
I’m just gonna say Octopath Traveler 2 cause it’s supposed to be an exclusive
I think this confirms a March release more than anything. 1+ month for recruitment cycle, 3 months for new hire to resign from their current role, 2+ months of design, prototyping and testing, then it has to go into production and packing and shipping...
Please believe that Switch’s successor is already in production. Retailers have already cleared shelves for retail space, and dev kits have already been sent out to key partners.
There’s a warehouse full of parts ready for assembly. They are just waiting to press GO when Nintendo gives the word.
@@ShadowFoxInfinite my comment was in response to the graphic designer role being hired for product packaging design. Not the manufacturing of the console. I'm sure the machine itself in some form is indeed already being created ☺
@@MrJadeDoel Yeah, this may even be for post-launch marketing- no way they don’t already have the product name trademarked and logo designed for copyright purposes already.
This is one of those “it will be easier to outsource multiple designs of the same artwork” pitches so the internal marketing teams can move on to other key projects to support launch.
@nintendoprime if you had to guess, with what we now know about packaging being developed, when do you think Nintendo will reveal the system?
My favorite game as of now on the switch is 1.Metroid Dread
2. Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen
Neon cyberpunk mixed with 90's coloration and vibe would be my choice for marketing. The idea is to mix summer fun energy with next generation tech and adaptability to a social handheld market.
Link’s Awakening and Dragon Quest 11
Just subscribed! A great reason to do this full time bud! Great video as always and my favorite switch game is BOTW!
My favorite game is Unicorn Overlord and honorable mention to TOTK :)
What were your thoughts when they went with Eco-box packaging for the Wii and Wii U?
Favorite Switch game is Zelda BOTW & TOTK!!!
Switch and switch docks actually support 4k. Oled and dock supports up to 4k60.
Super Mario eclipse would be crazy for one of the games on switch 2 release 🙏
At the moment I am loving Luigi’s Mansion 3 but Totk is my overall top Switch game.
Thanks for the video!
My Nintendo Switch Highlight is the Super Mario RPG remake.
I’d say holiday 2024 would be ideal for the release of Nintendo switch 2 a lot of parents and adults are gonna be spending money during that time I’d say presentation in June and release either in November or December just in time for the holiday season
Yes
aww i’m so happy you get to be with your kids more
My favorite is tough to say, but i love both zeldas of the wild era and Xenoblade Chronicles 3. I also think Kirby and the Forgotten Land is brilliant.
Does Tears of the Kingdom have the same 4K support? 👀
It was datamined a year ago. I think we would've heard.
TTYD code indicative of Switch 2 supporting 4K? Likely.
So I have many favorites but what I love most on my switch are all the Indy games.
Botw & totk ❤
Hope this works out for you, subbed.
Why do you think you'll be as late as March of next year? Because Nintendo said that they'll announce the next system after the June direct right? So wouldn't that not mean that don't answer in August or September. What is the release schedule was like for the Wii Wiiu 3DS other path systems maybe we can compare and contrast.
I wish we could of gotten a new Castlevania for the switch but I am hopeful that they will release a new one for Switch 2!
I hope the switch 2 brings to the table some exciting new titles and an excellent performance upgrades..
We could see the console release by the end of this year.
How?
Nope
Super Mario Odyssey is my favorite Switch game
TOTK & BOTW
BOTW/TOTK!
No 4k support? Yet there's a video of an og Switch with BotW in 4k.
Putting This out there and it’s a shot in the dark… but a 4K Switch Dock? Just an updated dock for all switch owners.
I'm not sure when you _thought_ the system was coming out, but none of this information is an indicator of it coming out "soon."
If the next console is indeed fully backwards compatible, I'm sure that many 1st-party Nintendo titles released in the last 2-3 years will have 4K resolution in their code-base. It would make no sense for them not to be. Remember, "allegedly" this chip has been done for quite a while now.
Also, you can't wait until the last minute to start designing packaging for a consumer product. That needs to be taken care of early on once the physical hardware has been finalized.
When Nintendo finds something that works, they tend to stick with it. The most likely scenario is that the console will be revealed in the Fall, and released early next year just like the Switch.
For me is Super Mario Odyssey and Metroid Dread
Maybe Nintendo will have similar design to 3DS, less space inside the box VS Switch cases has LOTS of dead space
My favorite is DK!!!! I’m hopping for a new one, bringing back K Rool and Kremmilins
Donkey Kong?
Luigi's mansion 2 HD is my favorite game until it comes out and ninjala
Great information @Nintendo Prime 4K
support for Paper Mario Thousand Year Door is a huge indication that the next generation of the Nintendo Switch is coming sooner than later! 👍🏽
Totk is my favorite
Favorite game=Lego City Undercover
Switch 4K Ride or Die
My favorite games on switch have been: BOTW, untitled goose game, TOTK, little Kitty Big City, Pokemon legends, and smash Bros.
My favorite has to be Tears of the Kingdom. No other game had me smiling throughout my entire playthrough. Except for the sad story parts, ofc. Second is Metroid Dread.
Tears of the Kingdom and Smash Ultimate
I'm a sucker for Animal Crossing New Horizons
Fav: Animal Crossing
Let’s not just subscribe but let’s also hit that notification bell boys
The Nintendo Focus...Switch2
StarLink battle for Atlas and Super Mario Odyssey
Sooner than we thought, meaning sooner than March 2025 or sooner than the 2026 naysayers? Both TYD and the package design hiring doesn't indicate it would be sooner than an early 2025 release and can just be merely what they planned to have done on both fronts before pushing the release back to March. No point in delaying games and marketing that were intended to be ready for the original fall 2024 release when you can just sit on features once completed.
SMASH BROS ULTIMATE. Super easy to pick up and practically endless hours of fun.
Xenoblade 3 as per my FYP 😂
Favorite game that is hard. I guess mine is Fire Emblem.
What is that?
@@cheerful_crop_circle
The first Nintendo Fire Emblem game came out the end of the 1990s. It's a series that has several versions. I own seven different games for my GameBoy Advance, DS /3DS and Switch.
subscribed :D
If I could only choose one game as my personal favorite on Nintendo Switch. It has to be (Dave The Diver)
Great information @Nintendo Prime 4K support for Paper Mario Thousand Year Door is a huge indication that the next generation of the Nintendo Switch is coming sooner than later!
Clearly the tortoise knows when the Switch 2 is releasing
Glad that Nintendo is hiring someone to design packaging!😎
Chill out, guys and gals, Nintendo is going to reveal their next hardware around Summer-Fall of 2024.
Once Nintendo revealed their next hardware around Summer-Fall of 2024, then Nintendo is going to release the next-gen Nintendo console around late 2024/early 2025.
God, I hope Nintendo doesn't reject physical games in the future, and I hope that the next-gen Nintendo console isn't the last physical system.
That's my three fears about the next-gen Nintendo console, Denuvo/DRM crap, lack of backwards compatibility, and digital only console.
Other than that, I hope Nintendo will bring soul and charm back from the dead for the next-gen Nintendo console.
Also, Nintendo needs to shutdown their localizers, asap!
Told y'all so. 😛
Don't be surprised when new games (at least some) support both systems either.
Favorite exclusive? I don't know. Super Mario Odyssey I guess. I didn't play much Nintendo games so If there was a indie or third-party game game I have that's exclusive to Switch I can't tell you on top of my head. Favorite game I played on Switch overall is Dragon Quest Builders 2.
You dont like Nintendo games?
@@cheerful_crop_circle I do like Nintendo games I just haven't played much of the ones that came out on Switch due to my massive backlog of games combined with plenty of the games simply don't appeal to my tastes. This doesn't help that I haven't been playing games as much as I used too. Only recently I picked up playing games a bit more. Although that's been on Steam Deck,Xbox and retro consoles. I haven't played BotW yet because I want to finish Skyward Sword which I haven't gotten around to yet.
@@yoshimasterleader What is Skyward Sword?
@@cheerful_crop_circle The Zelda game that came out before Breath of the Wild on the Wii. There's a remaster on the Switch.
They better not release it this year, its too soon. They need to first show the trailer and then advertise the hell out of it so they can build hype to not just us gaming nerds on the internet, but also for the casuals who don't know much about gaming and the parents that are going to buy it for their kids, which in reality, are the majority of the people that buy these consoles.
Lol
This sounds like Clickbait NP. Nintendo said the switch successor will not be at the Nintendo direct next month. The Nintendo direct next month is for the current switch consoles only. Plus Nintendo is skipping Gamescom this August. True Nintendo could announce or reveal the switch 2 at the Tokyo game show in Tokyo Japan later this year. If this happens. I could see Nintendo launching the switch 2 in March 2025.
Nintendo doesn’t reveal their systems at directs or gaming events like that. Haven’t since Wii.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2
ACNH ❤
Xenoblade chemicals 2
Totk
All
BOTW,
Sorry but this does not indicate at all for a 2025 march launch xD this is just cope cope and more cope. Might be that it releases then but, production of what this hire would manage to design would not be released in less than 2 months from starting a hiring process.. Until someone is hired, started working, is comfortable in the position and then doing such products and then production actually making the products and then for them to be in the stores across the country or world is not a thing of 10 months at all. Especially not on the scale a release like this would be.
Stumbled upon a video of yours but the video spam and the wrongly interpreting of any little sraw of info just to cope isn't quite what I was looking for when I subscribed, wish you all the best none the less !
I’d agree with you if I wasn’t told otherwise. Once hired it will be actually expected in less than a few months. You don’t hire for that position then not expect an output for a year. They want someone experienced, highly so, at what they are hiring for. They aren’t training them. Day one onwards it begins.
Having talked with people who have done graphic and package design, there is no “get comfortable” period. You’re hired to do a job and expected to start doing it day 1. Their first delivered, final project would be expected within months.
That being said, I understand if you don’t agree with my speculation. That’s totally fine. Doesn’t change what the news is. And you didn’t address the second piece of news in the video.
If you don’t mind me asking - what is video spam? This is the 2nd video of the day and the other one was straight news about TTYD… and I am a news channel?
1st
Honestly, gotta say between Octopath Traveler 1 and 2 or Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Yes, tears of the Kingdom didn't make the cut, unsurprisingly.
O
.
U said its coming "sooner than later" then go on to say it's not this yr 😂. There is still 7 months in this yr alone. "Sooner than later" means what exactly than a yr and half 😂😂😂. All these videos are so ridiculous . Should really cover Nintendo news instead of daily switch 2 reaches and nonsense
2 things.
1. Nintendo hiring people is news. The 4k thing is news. Both things in this video are news.
2. Sooner than later, as in this fiscal year that ends in March. I did not say a year and a half. That’s less than a year.
@@NintyPrime 1 thing:...get them views while u can. Because at this rate not many are gonna care about ur bs click bait. Eventually they will see right thru it. "Switch is coming soon" that means soon. Not 14+ months from now minimum. Not to mention not one thing u mentioned in this video is proof the system is "coming soon". Anyone with a brain will start to feel the same way as i do with this nonsense. I hope these comments help boost ur algorithm. Least I can do. Have a good one ..I do wish u well. Just think ur over doing it with the switch 2 nonsense. Its a bunch of click bait type titles and stretches..when next to nothing has been confirmed lol.
Just another click bait video. Only thing we know is that next switch is coming out next year. March, June, September October. Who knows! This is silly hyperbole given by Prime again. Nothing More. Period! Nothing to see here.
