ive never played metroid but that made me mad
For games that I want to see on switch 2, I want:
Metroid Prime 4 (basically a given)
A new 2D Zelda game in the artstyle of Links Awakening
A new 3D Kirby game set in space
A new Star Fox game without Andross as the villain
I’d also want a claymation Earthbound remake

if you ask me how the Bowser series would go, i suggest Bowser saving his Kingdom from Fawful (Yes, You read it right, FAWFUL) and his minions. Having Bowser Jr./ a koopaling as his companion (in a RPG game). Those are my ideas, idk about you guys.

I love all your predictions, especially for Mario Kart. If they really put the wonder flower, where the effect changes in each map, it would be the craziest Mario Kart ever. I've been hoping for it for 10 years, but I would really like Galaxy 3 as a launch title for the new console. Imagine Galaxy 3 where each planet is a small open world to explore, with gravity making it beautiful

I’ve been advocating for a Bowser game for over 15 years at least.
I’d love to see a backstory-involved game that explores the theoretical Koopa Kingdom, why Bowser’s parents are entirely absent, and why Bowser and all the koopa’s no longer live in said Kingdom.
Maybe a little too dark for a “Mario”game, but it just sounds badass.

Ik Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask already got remakes on the 3ds but they should get brand new from the ground up remakes for switch 2 in between TotK and the next big Zelda, I would also love a brand new top down zelda

What if the new 3D mario game is in a open world and take place in nimbus land. We can form cloud and fire fireballs using a magic wand and maybe can transform bowser’s enemies to weapons.
I don’t think Nintendo will bother updating their old game, because it will make the console look bad compared to PS5 and Xbox Series X’s upgrade.

I would LOVE an HD 2D pixelated A Link to the Past remake with light ray tracing
Fans, don't be surprised if the Nintendo Switch 2 will be significantly less powerful than the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, especially considering it'll be another hybrid-system instead of a pure home-console unlike how the PlayStations & Xboxes have been doing. Just hope for their game's graphics to look slightly better than both the PlayStation 4 & Xbox One, hope for 4K Quality Display Support (at least on TV Docked Mode), hope for 60FPS guarantee, hope for Nintendo Switch 1 to be backwards compatible, and finally let's just hope that the Switch 2 will be powerful enough to release stable ports of many third-party games designed mainly for PlayStation 4 & Xbox One, but please don't expect it to be just as powerful as the PlayStation 5 & Xbox Series X|S, because let's be honest: taking the Hybrid System approach (which leads to handheld/portable limitations) will definitely end up making it significantly weaker than the PS5 & XBS, so just try to appreciate the Switch 2's Pros by letting them outweigh their cons.
This is all just speculation though, so taking it with a grain-of-salt is a much better idea, but still just assuring that the Switch 2's probably won't be as phenomenal as the PS5 & XBS, but will still be powerful enough for more stable third-party support, period.

I'm holding out hope that Nintendo internally divided their Zelda team: Tears of the Kingdom was an iteration and was a big lift, sure, but a separate team could have started developing a fresh Zelda concept for their new hardware. Tears of the Kingdom feels more like a Majora's Mask kind of afterthought, follow-up, not a main dish. I highly doubt this and don't anticipate it, but one can dream. I would love to see a new open world-ish 3D Donkey Kong and big, fresh Zelda with launch of Switch 2.
9:18 I hope Switch 2 lets you put your games in any order want instead of it always being the last twelve games you've played which could get really cluttery if you play more than 12 games. I'd also like to see the Switch 2's UI have a notebook feature like how the 3DS had Game Notes.

The ending made me think that a Super Smash Bros Warriors game would be pretty legit.
The Nintendo Crossover game would be better if it focused on putting characters and their gimmicks into other games and those gimmicks. For example, putting Donkey Kong in the Pokémon setting where he can't catch the Pokémon, but he can dodge their supernatural attacks and either beat them up or climb trees and swing on vines to avoid them. Then put Mario in the Zelda universe and you can either solve puzzles or parkour around them. Its a cool idea having a game besides Smash Bros. that celebrates Nintendo IPs, but I'd like to have a game that challenges the player on how they want to tackle their favorite games by either playing the levels as intended or by playing as the character as intended.
Hmmmm, getting abilities from bosses you defeat, where have I heard that before? Hmmmmmmm
Possible Mario story idea… there is a massive super star at the center of the world, bower wants it for power, releases an ancient enemy much stronger than bowser, Mario and bowser have to defeat enemy… totally not similar to Totk’s story, idk what your taking about
