Your way of explaining things also for me is interestingly easy to adapt to learn. I didn’t think of your painting going south, I thought of it as a learning curve and then back into a flow. You got this!

beautiful process Charla! loved learning the whole “challenge yourself” project & i saw the difficulty stage but you came back from it fairly quickly! now if i can only do the same with success eventually!! 👏👍😊🎶💃

Loved learning about the process of flow. Really helps me to translate where in my life it is easy to enter that place from diligent practice and encourages me to not give up on other areas that might feel more challenging or stuck.

I have a similar painting style! But I am learning great tips from you. I appreciate the fact that you let us see the messiness and anxiety of the process. A lot of these types of videos romanticize that aspect of the process, making mistakes or challenges seem like the stuff of amateurs. Keep it up! You're on to something.
Mistakes and challenges are the stuff of genius...in my opinion!
You are a magician! Love your work and feel so scared to start a painting fearing that it would be a failure.
The great thing is that no one EVERY has to see a painting if it is indeed a failure. You can paint over and over it until your skills have developed to where you are proud of your creation!
There is no failure when we do things. Just experiences, after all what is non failure mean
