- Yup, it's the new Cadillac flagship. Or is it? Well, we had a bit of an argument-is the biggest Cadillac the flagship, or is it more than that now?
That said, tech has been poured into the XTS, and it can do some amazing things. We liked it. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Don’t understand why people are talking about a sluggish 3.6 engine. My 2013 has plenty power and was actually impressed how it moves when I get on it. I tried disliking this vehicle but has been very dependable....except the cue system. The 6 speed tranny takes some getting used to. Over all it’s big, stylish and a beautiful car.
tipdog36 I just bought a used 2014 28,000 miles premium. The only time i know its a v6 is when i start it up. Very good drivability. The only thing I dislike is the 20” rims and tires. Low profile tires ride terrible. Great long distance ride.
I have found it has enough power but you have to punch it. The accelerator mapping is sluggish when you first accelerate, like it’s set that way to accelerate smoothly but once I get the pedal past that point it gets up and goes better. I don’t really like that mapping, its a bit of a difficult gas pedal to modulate.
It's not just the parking either, it has lane departure warning too.
great car, I had one for the weekend and I got to tell you it was one of the nicest vehicles that I have driven and I've driven a lot of cars. The comment about the rating of 17 for the E65, I totally agree, we're not talking about power here but overall vehicle. S class and 7 series are boats compare to this car, this car is fresh and exciting but it does need that turbo model.
4 guys in a car...the best auto reviews on youtube.
Try a 2014-2019 XTS VSport. 410 HP. Crazy about my 2014 XTS VSport Platinum.
Matt reminds me of a friend I used to have that was absolutely clueless when it came to cars...LOL
the bald guy is the only one who knows what cadillac is about...
Hey man you know most of your stuff I've watched your channel. So you should know that not only will it be more powerful with a twin turbo as you mentioned, but this is not the 'flagship'. Caddy's flagship isn't out yet :)
12 litres to 100 kilometers? I'm American, so that means nothing to me. Gotta look for another review abOOt the Caddy XTS. Thanks, guys, otherwise a great job!
I like the car and I don't care that it's FWD.
I think ill get an 05 sts v8 awd
cool
Define "better". In my family we have a Volkswagen Golf, a Saab 9-5 and a lowly 3.5L Chevrolet Impala. The Chevy may be slow, mushy, and rattles like a maraca, but it's dead simple and has never, ever given the slightest hint of trouble. The Saab and the VW are solid, likeable cars that handle well, unlike the Impala, but they have constant reliability issues that just make them nightmarish to own. European cars may be more advanced, but the engineers can't seem to handle the added complexity!
I love this car I would give me left arm for it
after all this is cadillac if you dont know it : )
lol sorry man but no .. compare cadillac cars to what's comparable not comparing the E65 to xts !! .. always cadillac cars win on their competitors .. ALWAYS.. iam not telling you that with blind eye ,, i have tested the cadillac cars and i loved it that any car i tested .. (i tested many cars)
The V6 is powerful enough to move the car, but it's quite sluggish if you want pure highway passing power. The lack of a V8 is sorely missed until Cadillac's Twin Turbo engine makes its way into the XTS.
The seats are probably the most comfortable of any American car, but the lack of motorized features such as the thigh cushion and headrests serve as a painful reminder that if you didn't buy an S-class or BMW7, you simply don't have "the best" - only the best you could afford.
the rear lights and the horizontal brake light just make the car look cheap, the front is very impressive though
Congratulations ! You just posted the most homosexual comment out of all !
They missed a very important point.... this is a $50k+ FWD car?
