Leslie is definitely salt of the earth. Very sweet and sincere. On another note, Matthew Laborteaux has to be one of the most underutilized actors I can think of in Hollywood. The raw talent from that kid is unmatched.
One of my favorite Pa quotes was the one when Nellie used the talking machine to record Laura saying how she liked Jason. And he says something like it’s so silly that we’re supposed to hide our feelings from the people that we love. And to this day that always resonated with me.😊
Michael was one of the good guys, and it looks like Leslie takes after him. Lovely interview.

Leslie Landon was also in, A Wiser Heart, when she played Laura’s co-worker washing dishes.
Ive always remembered those lines from "remember me" i just cried thru that episode yet admired her strength.
Michael Landon gave me a warm ,safe place to escape to and it was called Little House .❤

Leslie also was in the episode where Laura goes to Arizona for the writing class the teacher had a crush on her and Eliza Jane was in love with him Laura worked in the kitchen and Leslie was there when the boss ( not sure what they called her ) caught Laura studying while on duty and Laura pushed her into the bucket Leslie was laughing and the boss asked her why she what she was looking at and Leslie said nothing

I met Michael Landon in Santa Monica. He was filming Highway to Heaven at the time. He was walking down the street towards me and I started talking to him. I will never forget that day. Two years later he passed.

She played quite a few characters on the show, very diverse actress like her Dad

One of Leslie Landon's favorite episodes is my favorite too, the episode is called "Remember Me" where Patricia Neal guest-starred. Her character ended up dying leaving behind her three children which Mr. Edawards and Grace take in, and she had Rev. Alden read something at her funeral that I have never forgotten and still recite at every funeral to myself to get me through. "Remember me with smiles and laughter for that's how I'll remember you all, if you can only remember me with tears, then don't remember me at all." That is one of the many things I remember about that show.

Your dad was my idol Pgh Pa while your dad was so sick I sent a card every week and I got a response back I have kept all my stuff that I collected I cried so much when he passed

She left out her episode as Laura's coworker in Arizona. They were dishwashers.
Leslie forgot that she also appeared in Season 8 Episode 5 as Laura's companion, who was named Pam. Anyway, it's still so beautiful, I love it! 🥰

The episode when Albert is on drugs is too hard to watch, but even more the episode when Albert dies. I just can’t watch. So sad!!

i think she should write out her dad book and express what Little house means to her and her dad .
