well still have my N64 and transfer pak's and then Gamecube with it's direct attachment to it's base to allow you to play gameboy advanced games. it was when we hit wii that it got harder... admitidly still have my original wii and my wii U, Gamboy color, gameboy advanced, and nintendo ds.... soooo I might just be a loon.

I'd say that the Wii U could probably make number 8 on the list. My friends and I loved some of the things they did with the extra screen, like being able to do couch co-op Hyrule Warriors but on your own screen, they just didn't market it super well.

My first NES set not only included a power pad but also an NES Zapper, a bright red paperweight/blunt instrument that occasionally doubled as something for digital villains to duck around as they shot at and/or avoided me. At least I have my bicep from attempting to hold it up for minutes at a time.

What the hell was with that nightmare commercial for the Virtual Boy?! I will be keeping my eyes, thank you very much. I didn't know ROB had such a vital role in helping the NES save videogames, though. He may have been a terrible peripheral on his own, but I think he deserves to be remembered for his place in history. :)

I'd say that the Wii U could probably make number 8 on the list. My friends and I loved some of the things they did with the extra screen, like being able to do couch co-op Hyrule Warriors but on your own screen, they just didn't market it super well.
WOAH WOAH WOAH the Power Pad is bad? That was a huge part of my childhood! I credit owning all my brothers and friends in power pad racing games with increasing my footspeed and making me unbeatable down low as a hockey goalie. I loved that thing!

My first NES set not only included a power pad but also an NES Zapper, a bright red paperweight/blunt instrument that occasionally doubled as something for digital villains to duck around as they shot at and/or avoided me. At least I have my bicep from attempting to hold it up for minutes at a time.
Two things:
1) For the next DnD campaign, we need the villain to be Nint Endo the eye snatcher.
2) Am I the only who thinks that (for the time) the transfer pak is actually pretty neat?
