Two and a Half years ago was the first time I came across your CZcams channel cooking double cheesburgers in the snow. 2 years ago I picked up a 36 inch Blackstone from my neighborhood Wal Mart. I'm still rocking the side grease and have my Blackstone perfectly seasoned. I give credit to you for changing my outdoor cooking life for the better. But this is the first time I've wanted to upgrade. I also am just blown away at how far Blackstone has come in 2 years. I was at Wal Mart today and saw all the amazing accessories that are going to make my griddle life easier. Thanks a bunch Mr. Toven for making awesome videos. Make America Griddle Again!!!!

This is a great demonstration!! I just cooked a 6lb chicken in the air fryer and OMG fantastic! We also did Hibachi style NY strips & Ribeyes with Fried rice and what a hit!! I sure hope this unit last a long time for me!!

It’s $549.00 at my Walmart in So.Cal. First time seeing it, pretty sweet!
I got mine a year ago. Supply on-line was limited with Walmart. When one showed up available, I paid for it on-line and paid the extra to have them assemble it. I set a time for pick up and Walmart botched the assembled pick up time. I drove 45 mins to pick it up with a small utility trailer in nearly 100 degree heat. They gave me a $100 gift card for the hassle. The griddle is awesome and I was lucky to get one during "supply chain" season. I've made pancakes, eggs, bacon, French toast, grilled veggies and many other types of foods. I'm going to try the air fryer tonight with purple potatoes! I have a very nice gas grill and a Oklahoma wood smoker. I use the griddle A LOT!!!

I’ve had the range top combo for 6 months, love it but have questioned if the 28” top was going to be enough when I entertain.
Two is better than one, can’t wait to pick up the air future combo and to use that 36” top and the range top’s 28” for faster cooking to feed more friends and family.

I got the 28” 2 burner Air fryer combo yesterday. Hard top lid, foldable shelves, air fryer & warming basket. It was $447 on Rollback through Walmart online, but I got it in store for $297. Can’t wait to try it out

aged hippie Walmart was selling the 22” model with folding stand, adapter hose and lid not long ago. I bought mine last spring and love it, mostly because it came with a lid.

some fries aren't done enough. when you turn on air fryer, does it heat up both units? how does it regulate keeping warmer at 200 degrees and fryers at up to +400?
I'm just curious as I just bought and set up this beautiful unit. But turning the heat up dosent seem to really produce a flame I'm use to seeing. Is this a low slow heat up or possible malfunction in the system?

Will the air fryer ever be available separately? I use a chair, so this configuration would be extremely difficult to use, but the blackstone stuff is amazing in general, and I’d love to add this to my outdoor cooking capabilities.

Awesome stuff, Todd. The fact that the air-fry baskets are dishwasher safe is amazing. Thanks for showing it off.
I never put any of my griddle stuff in the dishwasher. Handwashing is way better but some people have to hear the words "dishwasher safe" to get excited!!! :) The hand (which is connected to the faceplate) pulls off and you can put the basket and basket liner in the dishwasher! @@praisehisawesomename I agree with you...I handwash my griddle stuff too...but I noticed a lot of people commenting that those baskets would be horrible to clean when Blackstone first teased this air-fry combo. Being dishwasher safe erases that concern. Good forward thinking by Blackstone.

@@BBBYpsi Exactly. I had several people say to me, "I'll only buy those spatulas if they are dishwasher safe." I don't get it. People don't understand that a dishWASHER is not actually a dishWASHER. It is a dishSANITIZER. I learned this at one of my many jobs washing dishes in restaurants and for catering companies 30 years ago. That's why we have to scrape all food off plates before they go into dishWAHSERS because they are not actually dishWASHERS. LOL!!!! The spatulas and fry baskets need a stainless scrubber, brillo pad, etc. I guess, if it makes people feel good about themselves, they can put them in the dishwasher after they've scrubbed the stuff off with a pad first? @@praisehisawesomename LOL yep. I look at it this way I have done almost all the dishwashing it needs before going into the dishwasher. So I just go over it quick with soapy brush & set it on a dish pad to dry. I am a single person so do this after each meal. Dishes do not pile up. Dishwashers are very over rated. Rather have the space for cooking something.
Any plans for a natural gas conversion kit for this unit? I’ve seen a compatible kit for the top griddle part but not for the air fryer. Kind of a deal breaker for me.
Awesome review. My one question... can or do you ever put down the top or do you always leave it open since it is a griddle while cooking?

I just got a blackstone pro series last Friday and I've been putting in work on it. When I went to pick one out I saw this one and to be honest I wish I had gotten this model but I love having the drawer space and seeing I already have an air fryer I didn't see the sense in paying an extra $100 just for that feature. As we all know you need a lot of hands to take out everything to the grill but having those big storage drawers space makes life a little easier.
Agreed! The storage space is WONDERFUL.
Todd, i saw that the natural gas conversion kit doesn’t work for this - BUT I also read on a forum that Blackstone said a natural gas conversion will work for the griddle portion, but not the air fryer portion. Can you run both natural gas and propane? Or does that mean you can only run one gas source and wouldn’t be able to use the air fryer at all with natural gas?
By The Way The Ms. and My Daughter Got Me the Blackstone With The Deep Fryer and 2 Side Burners Last Summer. I Seasoned Mine With Avocado Oil The Smoke Point is The Highest of All Cooking Oils at 500 Degrees I Have Cooked Just About Everything on it From Pizza to French Toast Eggs and Bacon and I Love it !
Olive oil has a low heat point!
Wow I didn't know Blackstone had a air fryer combo. I have the older 36" with the added grill top to get those grill lines and flame cooking. I love both cooking methods blackmail stone is the best. Only thing I wish is the metal grill accessory be a heavier quality like the griddle top that comes with all blackstone griddles.

I just got a new Blackstone griddle but my air dryers seem not to be working this is the first time I’ve used it does the air fryer in the griddle cook as fast as an indoor and am I supposed to see flames when hitting the ignition to fire up or is it strictly heat
Because of you, I'm about to purchase the new 1923 model! Prices have been going up, like everything else...I wonder if the cabinet doors are better than not having them, some people say there is more storage surface without them... but I like to conceal utensils while we are not cooking, and protects the paper towels from the rain...
