There are lots of young people in the audience, but my fave part is when they zoom in on the two older ladies in the top right (redhead and asian) at 2:55 who are really getting into it. Makes me smile.

I personally witnessed a man playing it on piano at the Mall and 100 people just joined in as they passed by. The most I've heard of is a Stadium singing it at Greenday.
