    To perform the wrist and hand ball squeeze:
    1. Take a ball like a tennis ball, racquet ball, or a sponge and place in palm of your hand.
    2. Slowly squeeze the ball and release.

      Squeezing is what is giving me hand pain. When I play guitar, my left hand squeezes the strings. It seems like I'm doing this exercise playing guitar, but it hurts too much these days. It hurts in the fleshy part between thumb and index finger, plus in the forearm.

    Madam, my father after angiogram and left leg thrombectomy surgery. After that he has pain in left Hand eblow surrounding 4inches where they kept pipe for angiogram and surgery. Is this excercise Helpful madam ?

    My physical therapist gave me a ball to squeeze but I can't even squeeze it 😭 I came to CZcams to see if it's even possible 😅. My grib strength tested at 8.
