This video was very enlightening about all the information on these plants. I would probably classify them as kind of fussy little plants but very interesting to watch them catch insects....yikes......those little sharp teeth....wow! I could see my husband enjoy watching them all day long, ha except we have no insects but we have rabbits and deer in our gardens outdoors eating our beautiful flowers this year. I know this is off topic but they are bad here in Ohio this year :((
@@jackiewhitney5031 oh no! Rabbits are cute until they do that. How do you usually stop them from bothering your plants?
@@PlantCornerNYC Liquid fence for deer and rabbits. This only works if you don't get it wet so it doesn't really do the job for me. We've had a lot of rain in Ohio and if it doesn't rain my underground sprinklers will wet the areas....bummer!
thank you! i received a venus fly trap for my birthday from my family but as it was a complete surprise to me i've been panicking the last few days trying to get care prep for it 😭 they've heard me talk about how much i admire them over the years so they got one for me, but man i wish it wasn't a surprise bc i really don't want to kill it
