Just got done cutting them out myself. And oh it sounds so much better, had me grinning ear to ear. It's nice because it also is a tolerable kind of loud.
Don't do this to ur bike. Just get better slip ons. You make it run lean by doing this. Must rejet.it. don't forget that this was made by engineers. Volumetric efficiency gets screwed up by cutting baffles out
@Mike, MKDAILYImg's so because you've removed the baffles the exhaust you believe it makes sense to rejet? I have a 07 aero and will be removing the baffles so just wondering what else I need to do...thx.

Sweet! I have the 2013 shadow RS retro sport. I've been debating whether or not to do this.
Daniel M o i know i didn't want to doit then wish i didn't lol but it sounds more " Harley" lol i love my shadow its a 08.
If it's fuel injected then you're okay - the lambda sensors and computer will adjust for you
@@Korsfestelse and if its carbeurated does one need to rejet after removing the naffles?
I subscribed 💯💞
I have a Honda shadow 2017 and I'm thinking to do it but my question do I need to tune up my bike if iremove the baffler
No unless your putting aftermarket than you need to carb and jet. This alone won't affect anything will sound a bit better
Now I’ve been told if I cut my baffles out that it won’t have enough back flow to keep the bike running
Shortshots is where its at
No rejetting?
Try to look and see where somebody is .... Lmao to much to ask these days
Did you have to rejet your carbs after doing this or just adjust the air screw?
Just change the pipes
This is cheaper.. way cheaper. although i plan on changing my pipes, gonna do this for temporary sound
Exactly. Don't do this noob hillbilly shit

Lol if you say so. Cause im sure your knowledge is superior to mine ! You win ! Feel better now ?
Rejet the bike and you will have tons more
@@caregiver7751 it does give you a slight gain in power people think they now everything but have not tried the job them selves great job sounds great

I went to school for motorcycles, can 100 percent tell you that you WILL LOSE POWER if you do this, without re-jetting it.
