    I had exactly the same issue 😅 been racking my brain doing all the steps and what do you know! Enabling the SVM also saved my desktop! Thankyou soooo much for sharing this, you've just saved me a fortune

    Had a Dell pc that had similar symptoms to this at work. Thankfully it was under warranty. But it would sometimes let you get to windows or even boot to a USB, or go to the system repair menu etc.
    You would get a bsod every single time at every step in the process. Even pulled the nvme and put into an enclosure, reformatted the drive, no go. Many times it wouldn’t boot from a USB we created that was specifically for that Dell per their tools. BSOD there as well.
    The issue survived a new psu, and a new motherboard as well. We ended up mailing it to Dell for troubleshooting. They sent it back with a new motherboard, new CPU, and new ram as well iirc.
    Keep in mind this pc also had passed all the Dell diagnostic tools. Including their advanced diagnostic. Not sure exactly what the issue ended up being.

    Yeah time makes sense. Somehow that controls alot. Ive even had windows change time and it ruins everything.

      Yeah, swapped out all the parts first, then realized it was software somehow, and got lucky that this worked. Thanks
