Been awhile, John...always a pleasure. Never got a chance to express condolences about your Pop. I still miss him, I know you do. The show's in good hands.
Their customer service is FANTASTIC. I bought a used gun and the front sight just broke under normal conditions and they sent me another, no questions asked, just asked for a picture with my email.
Similar to the meprolight bullseye which I liked but this seems to actually give you the correct sight radius rather than cramming the circle and the dot in the same half inch tube. I found the bullseye front to be pretty quick
@ShootingUSA ... but Tritium ONLY in the back sight ! ... Wouldn't it be better if the front had Tritium also ?? These are after all, only suitable for personal defense. And if it's a little dark out, when thugs often prey on people, I personally question the lack of Tritium in the front ! I'd definitely want to try these if both sights had Tritium. But I'm definitely NOT paying $175 for this configuration. I'd much rather get some excellent Trijicon or other well made night sights for this amount of money. Or that new type Meprolight front sight. I definitely see the potential, hopefully if they make a version 2.0 Tritium will be in both. Hard pass as it stands now.
@peterhansen2781 1- I can use a red dot just fine, 2- this indexes the site for you, 3- I mainly take issue with putting a $400 red dot on a $400 gun, I'd rather have a $130 sight on a $400 gun
@@quinnmclaughlin7537 Indexing, in this instance, is the physical act of drawing the pistol in such a way that the sights are aligned as you fully extend it. This sight arrangement gives you a tiny window for that to happen and will likely make you slower to get off the first shot.

this could be just what I'm looking for, I don't shoot enough to make a red dot worth it, but I really could use something more than iron sights
If you don't practice enough to have a solid index with a red dot, this is going to be a nightmare for you.

This does not index the pistol for you.
@@rifleshooterchannel208 the sight turns green, call it what you will

Doesn’t mimic the advantages of a red dot *at all* unless your red dot has an optic window the size of an aspirin.
They saw the DeltaPoint Micro, the FTBullseye, and regular iron sights, and said “what if we combined their worst attributes?”
@@John.VanSwearingenYES ! ... Spot on comment. These will probably fail to sell well, and be gone by next year.
Eventually when this design tanks in the marketplace, maybe I would try them if they drop to $100 or less.
Isn’t this like the sig version? Like.
Too bad they are out of stock :(
