  • A short video review of the AZ-112 photo relay with a remote sensor at 16 amps.
It is designed to automatically turn on the lighting when darkness comes and automatically turn off the lights at dawn.
The principle of the relay is the following: the relay has a remote sensor that responds to the level of illumination, when the illumination level decreases, for example, in the evening, the relay contacts close and the illumination switches on, when the illumination level increases, in the morning, the light turns off.
This type of relay allows you to automate the management of street lighting, automate the lighting of building facades, shop windows, advertising banners, car parks, railway crossings, stop points, construction sites, garden and park ensembles, and other places where the constant presence of the controlling person is difficult.
The setting of the relay is reduced to setting the trigger threshold, i.e. at what level of illumination the lighting will turn on and off.
To protect against false positives with accidental brief dimming or illumination of the sensitive photosensor, there is a slight uncontrolled on and off delay.
