2018年 Chichibu Night Festival #5

The Chichibu Night Festival (Chichibuyo Matsuri) is an example festival of the Chichibu Shrine in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, which is held every December 1 to 6 each year as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage. December 2 is the sunset shrine, December 3 is the big festival, it is known nationwide at the dawn of the floats (Kasabuso and stalls) decorated with lanterns and winter fireworks festival. It is said that the festival will continue from the Hirokuma year, and has a history of over 300 years. It is one of the extremely gorgeous festivals in Japan and a series of events are designated as important intangible folk cultural properties of the country.
