This is awesome I’m very sensitive to sounds. Somebody can honk the horn and I’ll go through me and I can act like it doesn’t bother me but I feel like I live right off of Main Highway and I work all day. It’s tough but I’ll make it happen. Thanks for the share. I’ll have to get one of these sometime soon.
Thanks for your very good evaluation...I was considering buying this oven, but now tht I know what soft-close means, I wont spend a dime on this stupid feature! Doesn'nt help any in cooking my food !
No timer for something at this price point is a real negative, and that dial to set how long you want to cook something for can be a time waster. When you have numeric pad you just input minutes with a few touches. With this you have to keep turning ... and turning ... til you reach the time you want.
DO NOT BUY. Our Breville microwave lasted less than 2.5 years before failing. Just light duty, used a few minutes a day at most. Contacted their customer support and was invited to pay to speak to a technician. Never again.

Thank you for this, I wanted to see how the dial worked in both directions before buying, and I couldn't find that info anywhere else.
