Rexus King The bokeh isn’t squared. All anamorphic means is that the image is squeezed horizontally to fit completely on the 35mm sensor and when stretched back out gives the image a true 2.39:1 aspect ratio. The squeezing of the image causes the circular bokeh to become vertically elongated and the effect is maintained even when you stretch the image back out to the correct aspect ratio.
I have the slr magic anamorphot 1.33x. I don't see and real difference with this new one apart from price and that it works with auto focus, am i right?
well most of the canon Crop-sensor dslr cameras shoots 16:9 ratio. So its for them... Like I have a t3i.... So i am planning to buy it in near future...

Since it's 1.33x, and not 2x, it will work with any camera with a 16:9 sensor.
