Schade um das Fruchtfleisch, das sollte man durch ein Sieb streichen ( mit dem hier wird das natürlich nichts) und mit verwenden.

Looks good, but I didn't understand why you had to boil the juice? Why not just add it to the cream?
We boil it to get syrup by evaporating most of the water out of it. If you add it just like that, it will turn into ice 😉❤️
