- Two goals in the last fifteen minutes from Ally McCoist and Jorg Albertz sent Rangers into the Scottish Cup Final against Hearts. A diving header from McCoist and an Albertz rocket after a 50 yard run were enough for the win despite a late fightback from Celtic with an injury time goal from Craig Burley.

The Hammer's goal was unbelievable, one of my all time favourite Rangers goals. I loved the way he got his head over the ball, even after that long run, and smashed it into the roof of the net.....a great moment. The Bears were brilliant they day, loud and confident that they would win.

Albertz goal was a stunner, and he done it again the following week to them in the league at Ibrox, don`t let the big man in on your left or he will punish you, loved the guy.
Laudrup and Larsson on the same park together unbelievable to think of the talent both teams used to have.

The celebration from Ally tells you everything you need to know about how much it meant to him. This was the end of an era, the end of the 9 in a row team, and Ally knew that would probably be his final Old Firm goal.

We have never replaced McCoist, we have had quality like Negri And Boyd ,Jelavic, Morelos but we'll never find a guy like McCoist who was an out and out goalscorer who gave us his best years even at 34/35 he was still banging them in for us Him and Hatley always get my vote for our best striking partnership..Never see his their again...l

jorg albertz the best ever goal scored in an old firm game next to Davie Coopers goal at Hampden when he played keepie up against the celtic defence that was incredible and i was there that day.

@JiMMyJaM08061991 9 in a row....89, 90 and 91 Chris Woods was our goalkeeper.......Gorams 1st full season in 92 Celtic finished 3rd, then 3rd again the following season, then 4th, then 4th, Celtic only came anywhere near us when we were pushing for our 8th title.....i dont know who was going to stop us but look at the record books, it certainly wasnt celtic ;-)

I'm a Rangers fan but I have to sat Celtic were unlucky there. Not just for all the chances but they were unlucky not to get a penalty when McCall handled. If it had been at the other end we'd have been screaming for a penalty.
