Hi, Can you tell me whats your drive configuration? I bought a malossi variator but after putting 10.5g rollers and yellow springs from set the maximum speed dropped to about 100km / h. Maybe I should put 12.5g rolls?
Mikołaj Rajchert I used malossi variator, k&n air filter and malossi kevlar "chain", plus the yss gave stiffness to the drive. Iridium spark. the rollers are stock weight. Not sure the weight though.. however, the less weight, the more initial push, but then again, 125cc cant expect much.
I know it's a matter of experimentation, so I'm most interested in what kind of rollers you've put on a malossi variator and what center spring to the torque equalizer. :)
Mikołaj Rajchert im not sure because i bought the bike, already had the mods.. i believe the rollers were malossi standard ones that come with the variator 2000. I didnt have the spring, but malossi has a rubber slider that removes the limit. The engine can handle 30% more i read.
Hey, I've already checked various malossi variants and: - On rolls of 10.5g + yellow central malossi spring dropped the maximum speed to 100km / h - to 60km / h was faster, then slower. - On rolls 10.5g + central series spring speed top speed 105km / h, acceleration better than factory but worse acceleration from 80km / h. - On rolls 12,5g + series central spring maximum speed 105km / h. From the start a little weaker than on rolls 10.5g but later a little better. I watch movies and wonder what way after mounting a malossi variator in pcx 125 people reach speeds of 120km / h?!?!?!?! Are you able to verify your current configuration? What is your belt drive?

I read somewhere that its a thing to experiment with the weight to what your weight is..
