Hi, Can you tell me whats your drive configuration? I bought a malossi variator but after putting 10.5g rollers and yellow springs from set the maximum speed dropped to about 100km / h. Maybe I should put 12.5g rolls?
Mikołaj Rajchert ,hello, this pcx is with the complete mallosi variator and cluch ,the configuration is the mallosi stock ,i dont remember the wheight of the rollers,but if ir makes to much rpm put heavy ones
Hey, I've already checked various malossi variants and: - On rolls of 10.5g + yellow central malossi spring dropped the maximum speed to 100km / h - to 60km / h was faster, then slower. - On rolls 10.5g + central series spring speed top speed 105km / h, acceleration better than factory but worse acceleration from 80km / h. - On rolls 12,5g + series central spring maximum speed 105km / h. From the start a little weaker than on rolls 10.5g but later a little better. I watch movies and wonder what way after mounting a malossi variator in pcx 125 people reach speeds of 120km / h?!?!?!?! Are you able to verify your current configuration? What is your belt drive? What is your weight? Whats your vmax?
Hello ,them something is wrong,try to speak with a mecanic and explain ,because should be way better. I made this instalation with all the parts from Malossi from the store and the recomended kit. The belt is malossi(brand new) My weight is 90kg and 1.82 tall max speed with me 125kmh.
Hey, It's very similar to me. I weigh 95kg and I have 1.85m. Do not you have an I-map for PCX? The only change you have is the Malossi, the Malossi drive belt and the K & N air filter? I installed a BANDO drive belt, not a Malossi. Maybe this is a problem? The information on the web shows that the drive belt malossi is a bit longer and certainly stronger - maybe the slider is present? I will order the Malossi drive belt. We'll see if something changes ...
