The best part of what ArenaNet is doing right now is the fact they are doing kinda what GW1 did for GW2 but better. They are expanding the world and creating new lore for ex In soto with the demons and Naayos and now Janthir and kodan, all this is a nice setup and world building for the rumored GW3. And the fact that they still have more expansions planed for GW2 is fantastic.

i actually really like that Indigo is the Story Lead, because she really does know the lore of GW2 and is very respectful to everything that has happened ever since GW1's 1st patch. Though... I am also a bit disappointed how the story fell flat in Nayos and Indigo is responsible for that. BUT the story of 1st SOTO's release was 10/10, and I hope this time Indigo and her team will do a much, much better job continuing the initial story with 3 other patches.
I have a big respect for Indigo, but sometimes she puts the "funny" sentence fillers like "the bear necessities" or "most importantly: bears", and I find it annoying - I guess it's the american PR thing xD
