mam i have a question. mam, i m a Muslim and my skin is. For praying salah, I have to wash my face for 5times in day.
please give solution for this.
Before my face looked dry and dull constantly, even upon waking. But after I did some research and made some adjustments, my face started glowing within a short span of weeks. Here is what I did: I ate a balanced diet including foods like dal, roti, green veggies, and rice. This helped heal my body from the inside. I used a face wash with the appropriate pH level and had black rice water. I chose the Litleeextra riceberrry face wash, and it performed wonders for my skin.
I made it a habit to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water daily.
I exercised on a daily basis, this made me sweating and removed impurities from my body.
This rice berry facewash is fantastic for having glowing skin. It is loaded with the goodness of black rice and white mulberry, which maintains our skin soft and hydrated. It also help in hiding dark spots and pigmentation. It is additionally sulphate-free. Highly recommended after using it for 1 months.
Few weeks of applying rice berry vitamin c serum and rice berry face cleanser, my dark spots have reduced a lot.
I have tried countless facewashes, but nothing worked as well as littlextra rice berry face wash. It's made with black-rice and white mulberry, which brighten and gives an instant glow to my skin. It's gentle, smells nice, and all-natural. It cleanses my face very and makes it soft and smooth and bright. Also, it helped lessen my acne too.
I had 2 litres of water everyday and used riceberrry face wash for washing my face. This resulted in a glowing complexion and stopped acne.

@@raheelaaslam I do have!! A lot!! I've dry skin, also consulted dermatologist, undergone treatment as well, spent almost 40-50k in tests, medicines, products, still the condition is same, nothing worked!!!! 😑😑😑

i am 23 year old and nowdays my skin will looks dry
*Moisturiser:*
Cream based moisturiser
*Cleanser:*
Soap free cream based cleanser
Don't wash ur face again and again
Moisture every time you face when the face is damped
*Bodywash:*
Glycine based soap / mild shower gel
No soap / body wash every-day
Keep your showers short with lukewarm water
Add olive oil in your water during bath
*Scrubs & exfoliators*
Avoid scrubs & exfoliator on dry skin
Use salicylic acid / glycolic acid facewash once a week
*Anti-aging:*
Use anti-aging regularly with Vitamin E (retinol or tretinoin)
Use a small amount of anti aging cream with lots of moisturiser
Alpha hydroxy acid once of twice a week
Or use hyaluronic acid cream with moisturise and sunscreen (better)
*Sunscreen:*
Creamy formulation sunscreen / moisturising sunscreen
Use sunscreen which has zing oxide and titanium dioxide
Lots of SPF 30 sunscreen regularly about 2-3 times
Avoid BB or CC creams at all ❌
Sensitive skin: use fragrance free / color free products
*Dry hands:*
avoid antiseptic soaps and sanitizers ❌
Use a glycerin soap and dab your skin and moisturise
Avoid frequent hand washing ❌
Moisturise every time you wash hands
*Dry lips:*
avoid frequent lipping / smacking ❌
Use a fragrance- free and color-free chapstick
*Dry heels:*
avoid scrubbing ❌
Soak your heels in lukewarm water for ten minutes
Apply a heel moisturiser with Urea and Lactic acid
After moisturising, wear socks
*Home remedies:*
honey, banana, malai, appls, yougurt ✔️
Use lukewarm water to wash face
Began, gram flour, lemon, critic fruits ❌

I always use besan ubtan as skin brightening treatment for my dry skin.. As you said besan should be avoided then please suggest some face packs that can do both the tasks at the same time i.e. skin brightening and moisturizing

Try Mamaearth ubtan face wash, and vitamin c face serum. For all skin types.
Mamaearth is the worst brand. I have tried already.
@@SakshiSharma-pm9iq I don't agree to this, they contain natural ingredients and it may or may not suit to every skin type... It suited me well, it suited my mother and my cousins well. But it didn't suit one of my friend so that doesn't mean the brand is bad.

Not to offend anyone, neither I am against nor a promoter of the brand. What I genuinely feel is, the brand is tooo much hyped. They spend alot of money on their marketing scheme instead of they should improve the quality. It'll be better. Products are expensive and not worth it too. That's my personal opinion.

Pls tell remedy of darkness of thighs and butt
Regularly use sarso oil on darker area before you take bath. Keep it for 5 to 10 min before you scrub and rinse it with a gentle body soap. Don't roughly scrub your skin. Just a soft loofah will do the work. If you can't do this everyday then do it alternatively. If you don't have sarso oil then any other oil will do the trick.
