  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) can improve anxiety and depression in many individuals, but it is not to ignore the importance and necessity of proper therapy and counseling and medication when needed. HBOT seems to work better for anxiety - depression when they are related to past brain injuries, concussions or other neurological conditions.

      I’ve heard 1.5-2 hours daily, 5 days a week, for 6-8 weeks.

Is there any proof oxygen is carried through the plasma with mild HBOT? I thought it had to be at least 2+ ATA for that effect

What pressures are you using? Are you using 100% oxygen, oxygen through a mask or hood with air to fill the chamber, or just air for this treattment?
