What type of beans do you recommend for a cold brew espresso? I don't have an espresso machine and want to make a cold brew one steeping the coarse beans in water overnight but I'm not sure what the best beans would be for something like this. Suggestions?
Kind of depends on what you’re looking for flavor wise, if you want a really strong coffee go with something robusta, if you want more flavor go with a medium roast… you can never go wrong with Colombian coffee or Guatemala coffee.
