  • Organizing a project and I made sure I fulfilled all the legal requirements needed but there is always something that will go wrong, or something that will arise unexpected that will hinder the progress temporarily, but I managed to redress any hurdles so, the progress continues.

    That was a very smart move to start from the back. I am sure that the owner of that company did not want to lose that large project. He will keep his workers doing the correct job. Hopefully, they are careful enough to watch out for the children when backing in.

      Securing permits and logistics is not a walk in the park but when they are here operating is.

    Dai, a lot done since the 1st video showing the digging began. I am wondering---the cliff now is straight up, is it a danger of sliding down next heavy rain? Just wondering how strong that wall of dirt is and will it remain in place in heavy rain which I know your Barangay gets often?

      You had seen that hill when you visited its been like that since we bought in 2003, i am not worried of landslide because i know the type of soil this hill had.
