I think the mentality is a bit different if the employer is a native coming from the west because you place more value in your employees and the fact that they deserve appropriate pay for their services. But sometimes some employees could also be a problem. I once hired an assistant who I was paying N90k/month with another corper earning N45k/month. Once I traveled to the US to see my family for few weeks, and by the time I returned this individual has hijacked the company clients, stole the proprietary data, and then put in a resignation letter.

She absolutely has the vision and total clarity around the challenges to be resolved and approach to real regional and national implementation.

I think also understanding the differences between the 'limitations of the market' and the differences between the market you're use to and the market you're trying to enter, and recalibrating what your norms are in some instances because, for example, different wood isn't a limitation. I'd say in the UK you have alot of engineered and pretend wood, in Nigeria you'll have real wood you just need to learn what type it is and whether it is suitable for your needs. Great interview, I loved Demi.

Well done @ iveoma for showcasing the endless opportunities that abound in Nigeria that awaits Nigerians both in diaspora and at home to plunder. For some reasons Nigerians in diaspora have been very tentative to take full grasp of these opportunities, while those in Nigeria want to run abroad at the slightest chance. The discerning foreigners who know what's in Nigeria are streaming in to take up these opportunities (Chinese, Indians, Lebanese, etc..)without making too much noise. You see them anytime you are on the plane coming back home. With the number of views you have garnered For this video over just a few days shows diasporans are really interested and keen about coming back to take up these opportunities. I suggest you fo more videos showcasing diaspora Nigerians bucking the negative narrative surrounding Nigeria and building successful businesses. Keep it up,we want more of this inspiring videos.
