Hey Chaz. I may have stumbled across a fix for the "Lineup and Wait Behind Next Landing Aircraft". Try saying " " The aircraft will respond back "Lineup and Wait Behind Next Landing Aircraft" This works!! Thanks for the video Chaz. Hope you're feeling better
Yes it is very common that the aircraft will get pushed straight back and turn when push is done

Living in Pittsburgh i can tell you that most commonly, KPIT uses 28R for departures and 28L for arrivals. Unless the wind is coming from the east, then they typically use 10C or 10R for departures and 10L for arrivals.

757s really are getting old :( I love them too but this week I was flying from EWR to KEF on a United 757 and we had 2 aircraft put out of service/delayed for maintenance before finally our 3rd aircraft was ok to fly. Delayed about 3 hours sadly so it was definitely a bit of a pain.
Time to enjoy, sit down with Chaz and have a coffee!
Yeah I used to work at Delta airlines as a baggage handler and as a pushback operator and usually in congested areas we would push them straight back and then disconnect the tow bar and let the pilot taxi whichever direction that they had to go to the runway but in other areas that were not congested we could push them anywhere the pilot requested and then they would take over and start the airplane at their own convenience but that would be like you said Chaz just push them straight back and then let the pilot determine which direction and route that they are going to get to the runway
It's runway 10 Center, not 10 Charlie :)
