  • hi friends! so you may have seen a few of my videos talking about 75 Hard, and I just HAD to film this one recapping my entire journey completing 75 Hard a second time. I posted a video last year after finishing my first round of the challenge, and I wanted to do the same this time! I'm sharing the total amount of weight I lost, the workouts I did, what exactly I ate, the books I read, and literally every thing I did during this round! Additionally, I made a post-75 Hard plan and for the last 2 months I have stuck with it, so I wanted to share how you can do this challenge and also make it sustainable.     Thank you for this awesome video! Doing it for the second time here. No alcool and 2 x 45 min. of sport are the best things ever that I want to keep forever... except certain days of the months (1 or 2...pms hit hard for me and I prefer to priorise rest and sleep, a slow walk of 45 min. and that's all). It's fair and ok for me since I plan to never quit 75 hard in my life. I love it that much, it gives me a direction. The outside walk is never missed. I am reading self development since ten years and I am kind of bored by it this time. I've changed this rule. I am reading 10 pages a day of a 2023 novel. I am a big classic reader and I feel that I need to be more in the present and less self centered maybe (I understand that the thing is to work on yourself, but...). Reading is my passion. I think self development is repetitive for me now. So, it's like the Power of the present moment from Eckart Tolle brings me to read things of the present that I enjoy in the present. And since I am a litterature teacher, that's working for myself too, as if it is a work oriented reading. Eating healthy is my rule, no fries, no chips, no dessert, but I eat a lot, this is not a diet, this is ealthy. I did not loose a lot of weight this time (13 lbs the first round, 3 lbs this second round). Congrats on your achievements!
