Rama 9 area north toward The Street Rachada is a rising area in Bangkok being redeveloped. Probably one of the better cost vs. value areas of the city to live in for people who are okay with using the MRT.

Nicely done. Couldn't ask for a better price and location in Bangkok. The rooftop pool, amazing views and adequate gym are an unexpected bonus not to mention the loads and loads of street food.
From the street you would never know the roof was really like that.. good to have a birds eye view sometimes

Firstly thanks for watching Ryan.. Ill be honest.. I dont know half as much as other people when it comes to real estate, locations and whats considered a good or bad deal here in the city. They should turn the lights off on the rooftop patio during the day. The ones flashing in the background. Dont need to look like a rave during the day, when your trying to recover from a rave the night before.

The 32sqm one is a nice size. I like the small working area.
Personally I would have the work desk where the dj setup is because of the light from the window is really nice. But the whole condo let’s in a lot of light thankfully it doesn’t matter too much. Can I do a condo tour of your place next? Haha
room # 2 is a sure winner for me. Would need to paint that roof top outside the bedroom window.
Yeah its a half and half view to be honest.. at night it really does look amazing and you dont really see the roof... just the city all lit up at night

Both rooms are very nice but very small. However the design is very good and the overall of the amenities of the building make it very worth it! On the first apartment, it look like it had access to outside? That would be appealing having access to green grass!
Apartment number one is my favorite between the two. I like what you are doing. have you thought about doing a few Airbnb's for a shorter term of stay?
I am going to try and reach out to some. Thinking about doing some kind of hostel top 5 as well so going to reach out to a bunch and see what happens

Hey Noon.. to be honest my videos usually are not broken into sections and I would rather people watch from start to finish because I make my videos very very different from other channels.. no other channel is giving a honest area review before a condo review the way I am. So I’m the case of my condo videos it’s not something I’m going to introduce. As for my other videos.. there random from start to finish sometimes haha I appreciate the feedback though

How's the daily routine going with the neighbors inside the building?
I'm going to be relocating to Thailand by July 2023 the latest. I like the first apartment. How do I get in touch with their management for renting something like that. I'm assuming that the price is for 9-12 months lease.
Your best bet is to search the condo name followed by the word rent on google

Nice places but I like a bedroom that has a door and no glass around it. So no 2 is better. I live in Bangchak area at the Idea Condo. My condo is 100 metres from Bangchak BTS, condo has 2 pools including a 45 metre one,large gym. My one bed 32 sq metre condo is 14700 baht a month

There are thousands of condos in Bangkok that’s a question you will have to find the answer for I’m afraid
I don't recall seeing dishwashers in any Bangkok condo tour videos (yours or others'). Do people just hand-wash everything? Manufacturers make small (and efficient) dishwashers, so they don't have to take up a ton of space. In fact, I'd rather have a dishwashing mashine than a clothes washing machine. It's easy to outsource the clothes washing (and so inexpensive!), but you can't really outsource dishwashing unless you pay someone to come into your apartment and hand wash.
I don’t think I have ever seen one to be fair either. There’s a lot of Thais who don’t have a washing machine either and take it somewhere every time and wait. I don’t know how cost effective that is

Hi - do none of these type of condo resorts have their own bars or internal restaurants so residents could stay in the building for a drink / dinner without having to go out?
Out of interest as well - are there home delivery courier services for food groceries / shopping in Bangkok or not really?
I’v not seen any condos with services like that yet.. I wish there was though! I’m sure maybe there is somewhere but I don’t know of any. And as for delivery.. wow.. Thais get everything delivered all day and night from everywhere.. even a $5 7/11 order they will get delivered haha I would say that Bangkok has the best delivery services in the world

Yes absolutely.. AirBnb will have endless options for that length of stay. Always read descriptions though for stupid hidden fees as some will charge for electric at stupid rates

I dont think you would have a problem there at all.. they love there paperwork here! So will get a contract that they will be happy to stick to also.. I know people on 2 year contracts here.. Im on a group chat with my landlord and estate agent and they leave me alone for the most part and are super helpful when ever I have a problem. Had a really good experience so far coming up to a year

Because the condo is not up for rent.. why would you contact anyone? It’s just to show how much they cost in the building.. if you want to rent another condo in the building you will have to google search and see what’s available with agents

You would have to spoeak to the agents but there are deffo plenty of places you can even do month on month rental here in the city
