the rhubarb is looking good, and always makes things even better when you can pass some crowns onto others so they can grow their own. The oats sound like a great ideas. I love preserving stuff for use later. I mainly pickle and freeze stuff in general but its always nice to do a few different things. My berries end up as jams or compotes most of the time. I love when spring really arrives and the sun comes out and the temperatures get up a little bit and everything springs into life and its time to get sowing and growing outdoors all over again. The allotment is looking good. Hopefully we won't get too many storms this year to batter everything again.

Plot is looking good considering ye hadnt really been there. Keep coming with your ways of using your produce, think we are all learning from it. I do give away lots i grow here, because some are elderly people, who love home grown and dont do it themselves anymore, but also use alot. You have shown us so many ways to use produce, you are a mind of information, sure it was you who showed us that we can freeze tomatoes, i never knew i could. I think a recipe book should be on the cards, i would definitely buy a copy. Thanks for sharing Karen, enjoy the good weather, and mind that shoulder.
