the rhubarb is looking good, and always makes things even better when you can pass some crowns onto others so they can grow their own. The oats sound like a great ideas. I love preserving stuff for use later. I mainly pickle and freeze stuff in general but its always nice to do a few different things. My berries end up as jams or compotes most of the time.
I love when spring really arrives and the sun comes out and the temperatures get up a little bit and everything springs into life and its time to get sowing and growing outdoors all over again. The allotment is looking good. Hopefully we won't get too many storms this year to batter everything again.

I really like being able to give people rhubarb, it's not cheap to buy in the shops!

Excellent rhubarb and the plot is looking good Karen & Rose. I like the recipe video's when the recipe is vegan and when it is not I would try to veganise the recipe. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕❤️ Karen & 👪.

Thank you we really appreciate your support of our channel 🥰
I would say most of what we do at home is vegan but we do occasionally have cheese and eggs. I was wondering if the Boursin could be made vegan... I've no idea how the substitute cultures work but I may look into that next time we make it 💚

Hope your shoulder gets better soon and they can get it fixed quickly. Sunshine looks fabulous wish we had some 😂😂 good thing there’s CZcams so I can watch your sun. Oh my word, what a rhubarb patch, and looking so healthy too. Now i see its not just veg ye are growing, ha ha, i see Nick grew a beard. Well done on sorting the tree. Plot is looking good considering ye hadnt really been there. Keep coming with your ways of using your produce, think we are all learning from it. I do give away lots i grow here, because some are elderly people, who love home grown and dont do it themselves anymore, but also use alot. You have shown us so many ways to use produce, you are a mind of information, sure it was you who showed us that we can freeze tomatoes, i never knew i could. I think a recipe book should be on the cards, i would definitely buy a copy. Thanks for sharing Karen, enjoy the good weather, and mind that shoulder.

      Hi Tim
Funnily enough, I've always grown rhubarb but never from seed.
We inherited that huge patch and I've always been given clumps too.
Lucky me as we love it 🥰
