I struggle with the calcium too. The Barimelts calcium chews have been the “least-worst” option for me. I like the cran-grape.
Like you, the challenges of this journey have been 80% mental/20% physical. To me, that is part of the gift of this surgery It gives you time, early after your surgery, to reflect on your past and decide what you want to change in your life.
It’s so powerful to see yourself showing up for yourself…especially when it’s hard..and that’s exactly what we are doing by taking this step forward in our lives.

Thank you so much for your kind words!! I am definitely having a hard time mentally getting used to not going to food. Lots of head hunger and re learning by body’s cues. It’s been hard but so rewarding doing something for myself. 🥰🥰
