I’m a Hoya head and the one Hoya I will never spend money on is the Rope Compacta! I’ve already killed 4 and I just can’t comprehend why it’s the only Hoya that gives me anxiety 😥 I also have to agree with you about the Spider plant! It’s so extra 🤣 I cannot!
I knew we had mutual distain for spider plants, but monstera albo, crotons too?! Lol I thought I was weird not feeding into the popular hype plants. ☺️☝🏼🖤
I agree with you about the Albo. It’s not pretty enough for the high price tag. I also wouldn’t buy any plants that grow wide or spread out too much. I’m into more compact or tall and slender plants. Hope you are healing well. 💚🌱
Agree with all but my ponytail palm is one of my faves. One I've never liked the look of or see the hype, pink Princess. If I got it as a gift I would regift it....😆

I would definitely have to add pothos , agloenema...although, I am a “Hoya head”, Hoya compacta (of all kinds, the Hindu rope is just too ugly and common) and most syngoniums and trandescantia. Nope, not havin any of em in my possession, a big NO THANKS
Yes!! My video tomorrow is about hard to care For Hoyas actually and the Deykeae is on that list. They like it warm, lots of bright indirect light and absolutely hate to be overwatered. It will drop leaves very easily if not happy.

I hated that Hoya for a long time too!! Then I got one on the cheap and put it in leca. I literally do nothing to it so it stays 😂😂

Lol I don’t like all the plants that are on your list! I used to love ficus lyrata but hell they don’t grow. It becomes ugly etc etc .
