Victoria II is probably the best game Paradox has ever made. It also makes me want to chuck my laptop through a window more than any other game I still play. Particularly invading provinces with just enough supply limit for your stacks, and losing soldiers anyway. Maybe, after ten years of CKIII, we'll finally get Vicky III. If you do another DoD playthrough, do you think you could form Ameriga or Arcadia? Alternatively, a game as the Commonwealth could be fun (What? No, I'm not trying to make you play the campaigns I failed at! What makes you think that? It's not like I hate the f*cking attrition system or... oh.)
My biggest problem with Victoria 2 is I feel like I just don't know what to be doing for most of the time. A part of it is probably I don't know what I even CAN do, but I'm just looking at the map and waiting until I can colonise, maybe invade someone. None the less, It and stellaris will probably remain some of my favourite Paradox games Grand Strategy games just for how different they play (at least with the amount I know from the two) compared the rest

Sphere Ethiopia ~1850 so you can do the same trick to pass alexanders reforms fast. Fuck Central asia but if you must play the great game vassalize afganistan/persia every few years so you can cheese the pact with the UK for some infamy reduction Take east galicia in a war with AH then wait until you core it, you will get an event after giving you claims of west galicia for 5 infamy
