In this video we will complete the rebuild of a 2004 Honda CR125 engine that came into the shop in 2 Dollar General bags. This video will focus on cleaning the power valve and installing the top end.

Just wondered if you smoothed out some of the damage to the cylinder head. My concern would be sharp edges causing hot spots and preignition.

Yes I did. I hit it with a dremel and a stone first and then sandpaper down to 400 grit.
