This seems like the kind of game that's way easier to play on a touch screen. Especially when it's a smaller one where you can keep the entire screen easily in view.

Trains, yielding to buses / car traffic ?! Absolutely bizarre. Slap some crossing guards on those RR-crossings...
Some levels have crossings to block the cars giving you the option to stop the train OR stop the cars (but only temporarily)
The BUS beeping at the train??? And getting away with it?????

I have never seen a train stop for traffic! I have seen traffic stopped for hours because of train stopped on tracks!
Seriously, is this supposed to be some satire of US mass transit?
Do it the OpenTTD way, you either tunnel the road under or bridge it over the track!

or neither was funded properly to build tunnels or bridges.

I feel like there should be hot keys to hit to pause the trains and turn the switches. Seems like a lot to do with only the mouse. Kudos Matt. It was a funny episode

There's a version for the Switch that has button controls that I really enjoyed! D-pad changed switches, ABXY stopped/started the trains. I think I three starred everything? idk it's been a while

what is difficult is when you do endless mode when the trains go faster as time passes

As an asiring engineer, and a qualified rail driver, I would rather put a nail gun through my foot than play that.
Very cute, fun to watch... too stressful. CAN NOT EVEN.
Check out Train Valley 1 and 2 for a similar sort of game. 1 is just train conducting to stations. 2 involves taking the right materials to stations to manufacture stuff.
I enjoyed Train Valley 1 & 2. Conduct Deluxe looks like it would drive me mad, though.
My brother told me about Train Valley recently, it sounds pretty fun. I hope it's not as stressful as this game looks though!
I think I can safely say that any game that makes you this stressed out is not a game for me, lol.
Single track and passing loop systems are surprisingly managable. If a train line has low ridership, then single tracks with a loop can suffice.
Japan manages to run high speed trains in heavily used lines with double tracks and passing loops. The local trains diverge on the looping track, stop at the station, and wait for 5 minutes, while the Express trains just pass through. It's helpful if they don't want to spend a lot of money or do not have enough space for quadruple tracks.
The anxiety was real watching this- lol. Reminded me a bit of a couple of the Air Traffic Tower games I've played in the past. But this seemed so quick all the time :) Thanks for the video
I love this game! My friend and I had to tag team it on our Nintendo Switch to get through the later levels. I took the switches, she took the trains. I can't imagine playing alone! Thanks for the great video!
I love watching matt play this game, I've played it and seeing the alternate options to successfully complete the levels is super fun, I also love seeing him feel the same stress I do while playing this game! I really want to see him to get to the tropical cliffs world! Do more of these please if you are seeing this

Keep going! I usually farm money on that last level, you just have to switch so that every train always hits every station then leave it to run on its own. 3 stars every time!

I played this game on my shool laptop, it was fun an all. But when you got to the later levels, it really got hard. The game is basicly about timing your trains right so they avoid eachother. But at some levels, you need to do everything manually, with like 5 trains or something

Kind of reminds me of those air traffic controller games where you draw the routes so that don’t crash into each other as they go in to land
had this game for awhile, the later levels with 4 trains at a time plus AI trains are very challenging.
Played this game about three years ago on my phone, good to see it again.
A bizarre alternate universe where rail signals were never invented, trains stop for cars instead of the other way around, and all vehicles are painted with nitroglycerin and stuffed full of TNT.

Real Civil Architect crashing trains all over the place, if only there was an engineer around.
I love how it took Matt like a dozen levels and likely over an hour to realize the start countdown timer.

I was with RCE thinking it was a fixed time level and medals were related to the number of passengers.
The thing with racing games for instance is that they show you the time needed for each medal you've failed to achieve.
So it becomes obvious after the first run =)
