My $300 machine has stopped working in less than 30 days this evening, and they offer NO customer service number or means of contact outside of email that is not in service until 9am tomorrow...very dissatisfied and find this unacceptable business practice...

does the LED light turn off at all? Like at night I do not want that bright light on.
