- 45 days into using the Canopy humidifier - is it worth it? What are the pros and cons? This is a follow-up to my unboxing video and is a more comprehensive review of this product.

You can clean it with a compressed air can.
Great review ❤ wanted something for the bedroom but the noise won’t work - also did not like that you could not clean the fan / insides - saved us from making a mistake as you cannot return unless it’s unused. Glad it works for you Thx
thank you so much for this review. tbh the inability to clean that part and the issues with the subscription service make this sketchy for me. they're going to upcharge such simple filters as much as they do, and then not be able to fulfill those subscriptions on time? yeah, no. i think this brand focuses too much on appearances and not enough on quality. that is a lot of money to spend on a humidifier.

I recently bought a Canopy and it is great! I can tell the difference. I live in a really cold climate so finding a low maintenance humidifier was essential. I'm so happy I watched your first video because if not I would have never found such an awesome product! I guess my only issue is the time it takes to ship the item since it's always on back order. It took about a month to get delivered.
Does it still hold up?
Thanks for the review. The not being able to clean the fan area is a no go. I'm surprised they would advertise a no mold humidifier and make it difficult to clean the grime from the fan area.
That was my exact thought! I was sold until the fan. If you can’t clean it thoroughly, that can be dangerous down the road.

That grime looks like dust, like you build up on your computer fans. A can of air might be best for blasting it out.
Yep! That’s dust not grime by the looks of it. Easy blast of compressed air would do it
Hey Emily, thank you for the detailed review. Very insightful and to the point. I'm thinking of getting this humidifier because my ultrasonic creates a lot of dust which I'm not happy with. I was wondering how you cleaned the fan when there was no way of dis-assembling the area where the fan is. I also am not okay with a lot of noise, so is there a way to keep it at low setting and if there is a way, does it humidify well running at low only?? Also whether it requires distilled or purified water?
Hi Shubham, I cleaned out the fan/top grill by pushing a Clorox wipe in between the blades and swirling around. Not very precise, but it managed to get a lot of the grime out. I have it running on ‘auto’ so it stays on low throughout the day and turns up to medium at night. In my opinion it seems to humidity well on low. I use plain ‘ol tap water which gets sanitized by the UV light and filtered by the paper filter :)

Is this a good humidifier for when I’m sick?
I'm in the process of trying to return mine. It whistles non-stop! It's unbearable in the bedroom! The only way to contact them is email. They haven't responded yet. I'm assuming it's defective. No one could sleep through this.
Not happy with this humidifier. The water level doesn’t go down and cannot figure out why? I’ve tried cleaning the tray, checked the fan for dust. It’s not working. Anyone have this issue and know how to resolve ??
Hi, I bought the replacement filter from your link but it doesn't fit. Do you have any other options? The filter was too big so I had to return it :(

Does your water tank look and feel as though it was glued down? Because mine does. I don’t know if it’s cheaply made or not but just recently received mine and I don’t trust to put water in it yet.
I just got mine yesterday and I do think the water tank part looks and feels cheap lol but the base with the fan seems to be better quality which is kind of annoying, like what wouldn’t they have kept the quality consistent? Lol oh well. Mine didn’t leak but I do hate how all the parts are just placed down and not very secured. Like even with no water in it, it’s not study to move unless you hold it carefully

I have both the canopy and elechomes and the elechomes is much much much better and less expensive.

Is the cleaning better, can the fan be reached to spray it? Cleaning is the most important thing.
Paper filters are a clue. Bad humidifier. Filter subscription?? Boy you're gullible. They're robbing you.
