My canopy doesn’t work. The water level doesn’t go down, I’ve tried cleaning the tray, checking fan for dust, there is no dust. Anyone have this issue and know how to resolve?

it's good, but its small. it's not dry enough for me to use it on a daily basis that now I live on the east coast. I use a de-humidifier now
