Chuck deserves an honorary team ring for never losing faith in the Bucks.
That is the difference in today's game. Back then you knew what you was getting. Bird the shooter. Shaq the big man. Magic the passer. MJ and Kobe the fade away. A I the little guy with handles. Kids could go play basketball and pretend to be those guys. Now the MVP is some guy I can't pronounce his name and don't even know what he is about. He is a big man who can't shoot. What kid can pretend to be him or even spell or say his name correctly? Curry is basically the only one kids can relate to so now everyone even the bigs play like him. With LeBron everyone loves if he is plays in your city but other than that he is looked at as villain because he cries so much and took the easy way out writing his own script making super teams and claiming to be better than MJ.

Houston rockets of 1994-95, back to back champs, faced their toughest series against the suns both years(you could argue the nix in the 94 finals were, its debateable). Suns went up 2-0 in 1994 winning first 2 games IN HOUSTON and lost the series in 7. 1995 Suns won first 2 at home and won game 4 in houston to go up 3-1........you know the rest.

But I'm really happy the Bucks won. For the past decade, people have been saying that 8-seeds can't progress their way to the top. You need to be a big market team to attract free agents, or you need a string of top-3 picks. Milwaukee started out as an 8-seed, and were led to the title by a non-lotto first-rounder and a second-rounder. They stayed the course and became champs. No tanking, no leveraging of a glamour market, no superteam collusion.

I can't believe how Giannis played after that knee injury! I thought he was gonna be done but he dominated. Just hope the Suns win it next year because they were fun to watch all season and I'd like to see CP3 get a ring before he retires.

CP3 was awesome throughout this year's run. Now it's up to the Suns front office. Management needs to find the missing pieces that can get them over the hump. The Bucks added PJ Tucker and Jrue Holiday which worked on bolstering the Bucks roster and providing the additional help for Giannis and Khris Middleton.
Phoenix Suns won't make it back to the championship for a very long time. Because of how the NBA is now players jumping from Team to team players getting greedy I think Milwaukee's going to be a one-hit wonder like Dallas
