Enjoyed the video, but if you can next time include what the fabrics are made of. For instance, I try not to purchase polyester dresses because that kind of material makes me sweat a lot. So I try to purchase cotton dresses which is cool and comfortable. Thanks.

This is the worst company ever to buy. I put the order and for 35 days the tracking was showing in transit. Yesterday it showed delivered but I never got my package and there is no way to contact to company of the delivery company. And I paid the price.

Hey there, yes it can truly be a hit & miss with shein. But you surely can contact shein to let them know you have not received your package. There is an option to speak to a live agent and also to leave a message and they will respond.
You should also reach out to the delivery company as well.
