- Welcome to the channel today I want to talk about the Nioh Endgame, how to unlock Divine weapons and armor (the best weapons and armor in the Nioh) in Nioh, level enhance guardians, and talk about the way of the strong difficulty.
To begin you must complete the main story missions to unlock the Divine weapons, enhance guardians, and the way of the strong difficulty. To unlock the Divine Weapons in Nioh you must first beat the Demon King Revealed mission and slay Kelley. Divine weapons are the highest tier weapons in Nioh and have a green glow around them when dropped. Divine weapons have a higher familiarity bonus than purple weapons and generally have more weapon affixes and stats. You can get a Divine Sword, Dual swords, Spear, Axe/Hammer, Kusarigama, Bow, Matchlock, and Hand Cannon. Each Divine weapon can be any variation of the weapons in each category. Divine weapons and armor promise to be the best weapons and armor in NIoh,
Divine Armor is where things get much more interesting. Divine armor gains the same Familiarity bonus weapons do and can increase the amount of damage mitigated and increase the other stats as well. Divine armor also comes in all variations including set armor and set pieces.
The next thing I want to talk about is the Enhance Guardian leveling ability. The Nioh Enhance Guardian leveling system works close to the way that you level William. The Levels require Amrita and the level cap is set for each guardian. The bonuses are much smaller however than the leveling bonuses you receive, but because most are passive increases to William it make sense. All Guardians can be leveled.
The last thing I want to discuss is the Way of the Strong Difficulty in Nioh. After beating the Queens eyes mission you unlock the way of the strong and it refreshes the mission and increases their level greatly. This difficulty feels about the same as when you first started playing Nioh, but with everything you have unlocked so far.
The Nioh endgame is shaping up nicely and looks to provide much more content.

Did the whole game with the Odachi. Beat the final boss and he drops divine everything except divine Odachi and Tonfas. SUCH BS.
Just started watching your vids after falling terribly in love with this game. Great to see a fellow Bones fan, few and far between.
Great Nioh videos...They help a lot! I just finished NG for the first time. Where are the best places to farm gear and amrita early in NG+ since I'm only level 100 and don't have any divine gear yet?
Good shit, tracer! Loving your Nioh content. Keep it up man.
Can you do a video on builds? I am pretty balanced so far but only a lvl 42-43. Looking for advice in builds as I progress. Thanks man!!
I am planning on making a video of some builds! Have a few things I am working on right now.
how to get your purple equipment into divine one?
is ng+ way of the samurai and ng+ way of the strong different or is way of the strong ng+?
glad its coming soon for pc
What's that song in his intro?
Nice. Looks like it has a shitload of replayability. Im not sure how far Ill take this game yet, but its fucking hard to put down.
Right?! I'm addicted already and still early in the game lol
It has a quality and pacing to it that makes it hard to put down. Once I start the game up I end up running it all day. There is always something new being unlocked and something else to tweak. Layers of mechanics.
LOL, when u use sloth, nioh can be hardly qualified as hard
Playing the game without Onmyo magic in general makes the game much harder. Sloth is for farming, but I expect we will see a solid nerf soon because it is needed.
Way of the Nioh still is pretty difficult. Especially if you are 500 levels under the mission level
@@tracerbeast I feel that, I'm lvl 136 so far and haven't used magic and it just feels like the game expects you to, like I have no buffs for myself, or debuffs for enemies, so the double boss fights are so slow and annoying, even with really good weapons and armor
Thanks for watching! I would like to ask you guys, what level are you in the game? What is your favorite weapon/stance?
Great videos. I mostly use high stance with an axe. I like the high power output but it really drains my Ki since I use very heavy armor. Usually 70-90 percent armor. I also like the guard breaking and stun capabilities of the axe.
My back up weapon is usually the spear. High stance as well. I switch stances and weapons sometimes depending on the circumstances though. I have not really experimented with Kusiraga yet, but I see you do huge damage with it. It may be worth a second look.
I tended not to use it because it seemed to output alot less damage and the attack number is always lower than some of the other weapons.
I really like using the Katana in mid/low stance. I stick with mid mostly because I like to parry the human/smaller enemies. When it comes to the bigs I roll with low stance...I go for elemental buildup immediately and then reel off as many quick strikes as possible.
Same goes for dual katanas but it seems their timing for parries is more precise, so I'm still practicing with them
Nice. The diversity and depth of styles and weapon combinations is awesome in this game. In my case, I never parry and rarely ever block. I like to use heavier armor and heavy weaponry like the axe. Sometimes I find the spear much better for its reach and speed. Those are the two main weapons I use. I rarely use low stance but have found it useful on some bosses.
What do you mean by elemental build up? Do you mean building up the living weapon, or applying elemental to your katana? Or is there something else that charges up?
Thanks for the reply
I should say inflicting the elemental damage...do enough wind damage and give the enemy the wind status effect, now his guard breaks easier.
I agree that the breadth of play styles is easily a huge plus. So part of my style is to utilize elemental buildup because they are so so useful.
Nice. I got some of that effect by spamming the dog guardian spirit. Similiar to a poison type of effect but with fire. Is wind the only element that makes guard breaking easier when it accumulates? Sounds interesting. Sloth seems great. I have yet to get the magic version of it.
How can I get more weapons plus 50 in way of the nioh? What mission's I have to beat ? Please help!!!
DLCs. Base game only lets you get 160+10 as an absolute cap.
question, do the Kodama's you obtain through the first playthrough carry over to NG+?
when you play Way of the Strong yes they do and any new kodama you find add to your total. When you start a brand new game i think you have to collect everything all over again, but i'm not certain
ooh ok, so there's no "traditional" NG+ then? you just beat the game then just switch up the difficulty and carry on with the new features and all the zones/missions unlocked from the first playthough?
I dont think so, i havnt tried a brand new game since i've still plenty of the way of the strong quests to do. Not all the regions are unlocked in way of the strong, only the first 3 regions
There is a bar on the screen at the bottom in the mission select screen. As you fill the bar new things unlock at certain stages.
the only thing i don’t like of this game is when u die u lose all of exp. or armitra wathever
Only if you die twice. Unlock Suppa scrolls to make you semi invisible to get back to your spirit
they're also adding a PvP gamemode later on as well
I think that will be my favorite when they release new content. Kind of wondering how they will balance it.
100% it won't be balanced. At least at the start. They really have no experience with online pvp games so I expect a lot of growing pains.
Do you still play this game?
There is PVP coming too... thats what im looking for.
I hope soon, they said it would be sometime after release but gave no date.
i have so many ochoko cups!:p
I'm level 100 and i keep playing missions level 190 and more so i can get better gear, but it keeps giving me level 100 gear! wtf
Hmmm, try forging something and see what level you get.
How do you forge?
How do you get divine weapons to +1 --> +10 ? Thanks
Basically you have to soul match them in order. You can only get a higher value if they have a + beside it and the number is the same value or higher.
What's a soul match?
@@SuperPeterok in the blacksmith theres a feature called soulmatching. it will basically level up your weapon and gear to a higher level .transferring the special effects as well.
@@Marco.91 how do I make an electric spear?
yes then tracerrr :)
Expected sort of guide on how to progress in ng+ and best way to start level up and forge divine weapons. Instead u were stating the obvious. A dislike to encourage u to do better.
b-but no enemy variety you guys! dark souls has no re-playability, a barebones combat system and no crafting possibilities but has ENEMY VARIETYYYYY
Darren I agree. I'd say that's the only complaint I have so far. I'm only at the 3rd region and I hear it doesn't change up much later on. Glad some enemies have different weapons but it's not enough. I wish they would patch in a few more types. All in all I love nioh. Hoping the dlc will have new enemies and weapons. I want a bo staff, claws, nunchucks, and sythe.
*There is no endgame...*
Using sloth? Cmon dude.
Only after I clear a mission without it first. While on farming runs anything that speeds up the process is what I use.
Understandable
*Complains that a player uses in-game mechanics*
The people that think you should play a game a particular way instead of your own way...
