Is Miss Chalice supposed to be the intended player character for the DLC? I mean, you technically have to rescue one of the brothers from Chef Saltbaker in the cutscenes, so according to canon, Miss Chalice is actually the one who fights them, not the brothers. So the Moonshiner theory could still be true..

Incidently, at 3:50, this photo of the kids playing with stacks of worthless bank notes, isn't from Depression Era America, its from Germany. The US would never experience that kind of hyperinflation, even at the very height of the Great Depressionm but in Germany at that time, paper money was so worthless people would get paid with litteral wheel barrows of banknotes, which would barely cover a loaf of bread.
