    1. 1964 Alaska earthquake (M9.2);

    In fact, the 1787 New Spain earthquake (M 8.6) is somewhat similar to this cursed M 9.2 Mexico City Earthquake scenario in terms of magnitude, locations, intensity distribution and affected areas, just slightly smaller magnitude and slightly different.

    I am a structural geologist based in the UK. I did a Masters on the Fracture Mechanics of quartz and a PhD on the formation of shear zone s. I continued doing research, particularly on the Devonian basins of Norway and Scotland, until my funding ran out. I started doing consulting work while waiting for that elusive permanent university post to come along. 33 years later I'm still consulting, but I have given up waiting. I've worked mainly on nuclear waste disposal problems and for the oil industry, so no environmental issues at all.
    I started contributing to Wikipedia in July 2006, concentrating on adding content to structural geology . I started on Wikimedia commons in March 2008, although I had already created and uploaded a bunch of images to Wikipedia, I just hadn't thought to bring them here. I'll be copying my existing images over when I get a moment,

    Great job! On the other hands, I think it would be more interesting to do more real earthquake that actually happened, better than doing a lot cursed earthquake scenario. For example, I would suggest doing M6.9~7.0 March 2021 Miyagi earthquake next. There are still a lot real earthquakes actually happened that did not done yet and a lot cursed earthquake scenario that already done.
    And also, I would suggest doing April 7, 2011 Miyagi Earthquake (M7.1~7.2) and April 11, 2011 Fukushima Earthquake (M6.6~7.0) next. Thank you very much!

    For the cursed earthquake scenario, it is better to do the earthquakes that may happened in theory, which means real rupture zone there, rather than the earthquakes that not possible to happened or without real rupture zone there.

      This one, M9.2 Mexico City earthquake, is possible since real rupture zone there and potential to happen.

    In short, try to do more real earthquakes rather than the cursed earthquake scenario.
    In the case of doing cursed earthquake scenario, it is best to do them based on seismology, based on the real earthquake zones (rupture zone, fault zone, subduction zone) all over the world, so that these earthquakes can potentially possible to happen real with corresponding earthquake zone based on seismology; rather than the earthquakes without earthquake zone for such earthquake to happen real, which means the earthquakes impossible to happen based on seismology.
