This is JUST the tutorial I was looking for... thank you! How long do you chill cake while your in the ganaching process? Doesn't that affect the color/texture when you're then adding fresh ganache on top? Thank you!
The Lorelei Bake Shop I chill it until the ganache hardens. And once all layers are cold, there is no difference in color/texture :)

What size is the board compared to the cake and also what ratio of chocolate to cream do you use for your ganache?

The board is 6”.So is the cake.
The acrylic disks are 6.25”
For chocolate ganache I use 2:1 ratio chocolate to cream. I have a tutorial on how I make it
