Good colour palate that is generally consistent. I personally think that pull down furniture is not practical and are not long lasting. The vanity is very claustrophobic. Perhaps you don’t need so much built-in closet space as your store room is not well used. You could have freed up some space in your master bedroom. The pull-out counter top in your kitchen seems like a good idea but it might not be strong nor long-lasting depending on how you use it. I am not sure that you are able to use the counter space below the microwave for food prep, etc as you might be bumping your head on the microwave. Love the flexible use of the living room. All in all, very nice space.

The study table is pretty cool but the bed is a hassle - even the host seemed to have difficulty pulling the bed down seamlessly

Nice but not when i hv to pull out my bed and close it back. Also the side table. Too tiring

I almost laughed out when she took out the vanity chair. Should have demonstrated how the user normally sits on it hahaha🤣
The kitchen layout is a bit ridiculous as well. Why place the fridge and basin all the way at the back? Doesn't make sense to me. And the placement of the microwave oven? You will have to be extra careful when taking piping hot dishes out from it.
The mirror cabinet in the bathroom looks like it opens right in the middle? The face will always be cut into half 😅
Even adults find it troublesome and time-consuming to take out and put back the murphy bed after every use. Definitely not a sustainable design...
i don,t like it like coffin house sibei too small no place for gamer tech who need 30Itch HIGH LTE screen/ 60 itch HIGH LTE TV need 27cm high tech gaming desk with gaming chair single who still not marry by 35 yr old should allow an choice of buying 5 to 3 rm flat
