I love my 2023 platinum. I've literally only seen 4 other new Sequoias on the road.

@@BryanLee-dl4eu It's on the stiff side, which is good, so it doesn't feel like a gigantic boat.
Plus it does 0-60 in 5ish seconds, so it's reallly fun to drive.
the car is so beautiful as the rows of seats fold into a flat surface is great. These are much nicer than the land cruiser LC 300 ☕
Now a house is half a million and a vehicle as much as a house used to cost. Wow.

If you want the Luxury version of the Land Cruiser that seats 8, this Sequoia would be the best choice since the new 2024 Land Cruiser will only seat 5.

Cargo space is a bummer
I absolutely love this SUV. It’s awesome! We only buy From Toyota but even tho I need a SUV like this because I’m disabled now I can’t afford it. He pays over $600 for our Camry but it’s beautiful and only has 17000 on it because I don’t leave house unless I have too. Murfreesboro Toyota if you want to trade let me know but I can’t pay anymore than what we pay now. Everyone loves my car and so do I. It’s awesome and top line 2021. We just got it before all that happen to me from getting Moderna shot in a nerve.

All this and it has little cargo room compared to the competition. When you're designed to seat 7, consider their need for cargo. Otherwise, it really is just another 5 person SUV.

At $80k price level, the average American can't afford one. The average American gets an income of $30k or less per year, meaning the SUV is overpriced. Also there is no need for a 7 seater. I recommend taking the rear seats so the entire area becomes a cargo space. This mod is important for the military and campers since they carry many gear. An SUV dream would be the size of a Truck with the bed being the cargo space with a roof instead of being open. Makes sense?

Nice. But I'm skeptical about these new unproven engines even from Toyota. Gone are the days of good reliable V8 Tundras and others. Now that is a proven engine. Not that I would ever spend that amount of money on a vehicle with my $72k base salary 😂
Toyota has been using these same 3.5 TT V6 engines since 2017 in the Land Cruisers, and have been testing and developing turbo engines leading up to this one since 93’, so it’s not exactly unproven. It’s extremely rare that Toyota releases anything without putting it through thorough testing, which is why their legacy is primarily reliability.
I would prefer to not have turbo engines because they usually need more maintenance.
